RSM3 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Betting Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to RSM3, an online sports betting and casino platform operating under the domain rsm3.click. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and RSM3 ("Platform", "We"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the RSM3 platform, including account registration, betting activity, financial transactions, and all other services provided.

By accessing the RSM3 website, registering an account, or using any services provided by RSM3, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the RSM3 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

RSM3 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is the member's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The latest version of these Terms takes effect from the date stated at the top of this document.

2. Membership Eligibility

To register and use the RSM3 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration and on each subsequent use of the platform.
• A legally competent individual or entity capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• Not appearing on any list of individuals or entities prohibited under any applicable law or regulation.
• Not registering on behalf of another person or using a false identity.
• Not using automated software, bots, scripts, or other unauthorised methods to access or use the RSM3 platform.

RSM3 reserves the right to request proof of age verification at any time. Failure to comply with a verification request may result in temporary account suspension or permanent termination. Any winnings obtained by a member found to be under 18 years of age will be voided in full, and funds will be held pending further investigation.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each individual is only permitted to have one RSM3 account only. Registering or using more than one account by the same individual — whether under a different name, phone number, IP address, or any other information — is a serious violation of these Terms. RSM3 employs advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts and reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any unprocessed balances or winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and any other required details. RSM3 reserves the right to verify this information at any time and may request supporting documents such as a national identity card (MyKad) for identity verification purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your RSM3 account password. RSM3 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the RSM3 support team immediately at support@rsm3.click.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

RSM3 supports the following local Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

All transactions on the RSM3 platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). RSM3 does not accept or process any foreign currency. Deposits made in currencies other than RM will be automatically rejected.

Winning withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the RSM3 account within 3 minutes of the request being confirmed. RSM3 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain thresholds, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, for the member's security.

The daily withdrawal limit is RM 100,000 per account. If you wish to withdraw above this limit, please contact the RSM3 support team for assistance. RSM3 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the RSM3 platform are final once confirmed by the system. RSM3 reserves the right to void or amend bets under the following circumstances:

• A technical error or system disruption occurred at the time the bet was placed, resulting in incorrect odds being displayed.
• Odds displayed as a result of clear and obvious human error compared to the actual market value.
• A match, event, or competition that was wagered on is cancelled, suspended for more than 12 hours, or not completed in its original format.
• Evidence of match irregularities in the relevant fixture — including match-fixing or sports fraud.

For in-play or live betting on RSM3, odds are dynamic and update every few seconds based on the current state of the match. Any delay in bet submission due to connectivity issues on the member's end is the member's own responsibility. RSM3 is not liable for bets that fail to submit due to technical problems on the member's side.

RSM3 sets minimum and maximum betting limits for each market and fixture. These limits may vary by league, market type, and member account status. All limits displayed on the RSM3 platform at the time a bet is placed are final.

In the case of Malaysia Super League, EPL, or other league matches where the result is altered by the sport's governing body after bets have been settled, the original result displayed during the match will be used for RSM3 bet settlement unless otherwise specified in the rules for the relevant market.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

RSM3 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotions page. Promotion-specific terms are supplementary to these General Terms and do not replace any provision herein.

• Welcome bonus is available to new RSM3 members registering for the first time only. Members who re-register or hold multiple accounts are not eligible for the welcome bonus.
• All bonuses carry a rollover requirement that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds is permitted.
• RSM3 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus that has not met the wagering requirement if there is evidence that the member has been manipulating the bonus system.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and cannot be directly converted to cash.
• RSM3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.

The use of systematic betting methods designed specifically to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk — such as arbitrage betting using bonus funds — is prohibited and may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Misuse or fraudulent use of the RSM3 platform is a serious violation of these Terms. The following is a non-exhaustive list of strictly prohibited conduct:

• Registering more than one RSM3 account under your own name or on behalf of another person.
• Using another person's credit card, bank account, or e-wallet without authorisation to make a deposit.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other technological tools to access, use, or manipulate the RSM3 platform.
• Entering into partnerships or colluding with other members to manipulate betting outcomes or RSM3's promotions system.
• Exploiting any bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities found on the RSM3 platform — members who discover a bug are required to report it to support@rsm3.click and must not exploit it.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving abusively toward RSM3's customer support team or other members.
• Using the RSM3 platform for any activity that contravenes applicable Malaysian law.

RSM3 reserves the right to investigate any suspected activity and take appropriate action, including suspending accounts, seizing funds linked to fraudulent activity, and reporting to relevant authorities where necessary.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

RSM3 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision under these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to submit the required identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Activities suspected to be related to money laundering or terrorism financing.
• Requests from relevant legal or regulatory authorities.
• Inactive — accounts that have not been used for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee.

Members may also choose to close their RSM3 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before the closure is processed, all eligible balances will be returned to the registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Any bonuses that have not yet met the rollover requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

9. Responsible Gambling

RSM3 is fully committed to responsible gambling practices. We believe that betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial or emotional distress. RSM3 provides the following tools to help members manage their use of the platform:

• Deposit Limit: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits that cannot be exceeded without a waiting period.
• Loss Limit: Members may set a maximum loss limit for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may choose to take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a self-defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel that gambling has become a problem may apply for a long-term or permanent self-exclusion from the RSM3 platform.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

RSM3 collects, processes, and stores members' personal data solely for the purposes of platform operation, identity verification, financial transaction processing, and legal compliance. All data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption and will not be sold or shared with third parties without member consent, except as required by law.

By registering an RSM3 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our RSM3 Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@rsm3.click.

RSM3 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance the user experience, analyse usage patterns, and for security purposes. Continued use of the RSM3 platform constitutes your consent to the use of these cookies.

11. Disclaimers and Liability Limits

The RSM3 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without any express or implied warranties or guarantees. RSM3 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical disruptions, errors, or downtime at all times. RSM3 will make every effort to maintain maximum platform availability but accepts no liability for any losses arising from service interruptions beyond our control.

Under no circumstances shall RSM3's liability to any member exceed the total funds held in that member's RSM3 account at the time the claim is made. RSM3 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the RSM3 platform.

RSM3 is not liable for any betting decisions made based on statistical information, predictions, or analysis provided by the platform. All betting decisions are the sole responsibility of the member.

12. Amendments to Terms and Governing Law

RSM3 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the RSM3 website. It is the member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the RSM3 platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the RSM3 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed from the Terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
